These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Folafol ("the app", "we", "us", "our"), an independent Android application published by Tech Internal. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
By downloading, installing, or using Folafol, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Folafol is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Folafol helps you look up publicly available Bangladesh education board examination results (including JSC/JDC, SSC/Dakhil, HSC/Alim and equivalent) and presents them in a readable format, with optional features such as a GPA calculator, a board-challenge (rescrutiny) guide, saved rolls, notifications, and a shareable result card. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
Folafol is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any education board, the Ministry of Education, or any government body of Bangladesh. Board names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant examination.
Results are retrieved from the education boards' own systems and may be cached to load faster. While we aim to display them accurately, the official education board result is the sole authoritative record. For any official purpose — admission, correction, certificates, or disputes — always rely on your board's official website or your printed marksheet. We are not responsible for any decision made solely on the basis of information shown in the app.

The Folafol name, design, and original app content are owned by Tech Internal. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app or its branding without permission. Examination results and board content remain the property of the respective education boards.
Folafol is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. By using the app you acknowledge that ads will be shown. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising and data work, and how to control ad personalisation.
The app relies on third-party services (including Google and Meta) and may link to education board websites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Folafol is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Result availability depends on the education boards' systems, which may be slow, unavailable, delayed, or change without notice. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cached data is always current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Internal and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its data — including any reliance on results shown in the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Internal from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
